Useful type to use with Result<> indicate that an error has already been reported to the user, so no need to continue checking.
The () field is necessary: it is non-pub, which means values of this type cannot be constructed outside of this crate.

Implementation of Diag::emit, fully controlled by each impl ofEmissionGuarantee, to make it impossible to create a value ofSelf::EmitResult without actually performing the emission.
This exists so that bugs and fatal errors can both result in ! (an abort) when emitted, but have different aborting behaviour.
Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
