matrix.ptp(axis=None, out=None)[source]#

Peak-to-peak (maximum - minimum) value along the given axis.

Refer to numpy.ptp for full documentation.

Notes

Same as ndarray.ptp, except, where that would return an ndarray object, this returns a matrix object.

Examples
