The moment that someone implements them. The issue has been raised in the past, but nobody has the time or motivation to implement other quality measures like UQI or whatnot.

Ok - I thought as much. Which is a fair response, given that I didn't attach a patch ;-)

Michael, it's probably a way to get ahead of XviD ;)
