Class, gpt package

A structure-class defined by defstruct with slots for the vector database's name, properties, embedder function, property-vectors and embedding-vectors.

The accessors vector-database-name, vector-database-embedding-vectors and vector-database-property-vectors are exported from the :llm package. The remaining accessors are named by unexported symbols, but the corresponding values may be set with the constructor make-vector-database.
