Abstract
Raymond Davis Jr. was a Research Professor of Astronomy at the University of Pennsylvania (1984–2001). Other institutional affiliations include Brookhaven National Laboratory. His research interests spanned chemistry, physics, and astrophysics. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in 2002 with Masatoshi Koshiba.
