Determines if a value represents an integral number.

Parameters

value

TSelf

The value to be checked.

Returns

true if value is an integer; otherwise, false.

Remarks

This method correctly handles floating-point values and so 2.0 and 3.0 will return true while 2.2 and 3.3 will return false.
