I've been unsuccessfully trying to get to the new logo artwork to make a splash screen (and to use the icons on my gnome desktop) but I've so far got no response from the author (the winner of the logo contest) nor from the logo contest @freebsd email address. Where did you get the artwork, if it can be asked? recognized today the the layout of fbsd-homepage is chnaged to the new logo ... and ... here it is: http://www.freebsd.org/logo.html :-)
