The mirror is on a machine I have access to, so I took the liberty of fixing it.
It was the case the local svn mirror was no being updated, because the /etc/hosts entry for llvm.org was wrong. Should be working now.

Probably the SVN mirror itself, since Green Dragon isn't affected by buildbot master. It's using Jenkins, but on the same network and being the same proxy, and it's also idle: http://lab.llvm.org:8080/green/
