[llvm-dev] Question about llvm-dev's moderator? (original) (raw)

Hi all,

Previously I sent a mail to llvm-dev. And I received following:
Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Message body is too big: 130414 bytes with a limit of 100 KB

Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive
notification of the moderator's decision.

This is the first time I received this. I think the email I sent is not big . There is no pictures or anything would enlarge the size. All of the contents are texts. And my question is what is the mechanism of list moderator? What should I do? Should I cancel this email and reduce the size and send again? Since it is a reply mail, there are many contents belongs to others. I worries if it would affect others who prefer to use mail to work.
