This sounds like a new GNOME Goal, but Gitlab's format seems to be more useful than wiki's one. What do you think about moving wiki's goals to Gitlab (and also review status of current goals to update it, if needed)?
The GNOME Goals wiki page has been obsolete for as long as I remember. Even after the last update attempt, there are still obsolete goals like "PortToGMenu" (shell app menus), "HeaderBars" is listed as an unapproved future goal that apps should not yet implement, etc.
GitLab is certainly a much better place for tracking initiatives and keeping things up-to-date.
