With JDK 13 out the door, here’s a proposed schedule for JDK 14:
2019/12/12 Rampdown Phase One 2020/01/16 Rampdown Phase Two 2020/02/06 Initial Release Candidate 2020/02/20 Final Release Candidate 2020/03/17 General Availability The phases are defined in JEP 3 [1]. Comments on this proposal from JDK Committers and Reviewers [2] are welcome, as are reasoned objections. If no such objections are raised by 23:00 UTC next Tuesday, 1 October, or if they’re raised and satisfactorily answered, then per the JEP 2.0 process proposal [3] this will be the schedule for JDK 14.
Hearing no objections, this is now the schedule for JDK 14.
