Any thoughts on making this package more prominent on the Python.org download pages? Like under the primary Python 2.1.1 and Python 2.2 download links?

Good idea. Done for 1.5.2, 2.0.1 and 2.1.1. Not for 2.2 yet, since there's no version of win32all for 2.2 available AFAIK.
