well, that's not that strange, given that the docutils page says that the latest official release is 18 months old [1], and is named 0.3, and that users should avoid using official releases.
for some reason, I'm not sure that's the right approach for Python.
- that appears to be a typo, though. the effbot's 89'th law of software releases: if you don't release stuff often enough to notice a typo on your release page in 6 months, you're not releasing stuff often enough ;-)
