Currently 2.4a3 is scheduled for Thursday Sept. 2nd. It's been an age-old tradition for three months now to have a bug day the weekend after a release. I won't be organizing this one because I can't guarantee being around all day on Saturday. Anyone want to volunteer to run it? (Tasks: update the Wiki page; send out announcements to python-dev, c.l.py.a.; be on IRC during the bug day to answer questions and help people.)
Um, er, maybe. I need to think about my diary :-)
And no offense, but if I'm running it, I'll run it my own way...
Cheers, mwh
