How about we arrange for some open space time at PyCon to discuss? Unfortunately, the compiler talk isn't until the last day and I can't stay for sprints. It would be better to have the talk, then the open space, then the sprint.
I would definitely be interested in having an open space discussion on where we want to go with this. If we want to generate as much interest we should probably hold it the same day as your talk and have you announce it. Otherwise it could be scheduled at any time before the sprints.
