Indeed I was -- back when I was under the mistaken impression that PEP 360 actually meant what it appeared to say about other packages added in 2.5. In that universe, what I said made perfect sense. :-)
And if we were in an alternate hypothetical universe where, say, instead of PEP 360 not really being followed, it was the unit testing policy, then we would all be yelling at Tim for being rude about people breaking the tests, when he should "just expect" that people will break tests, because after all, they have to change the code, and it's not reasonable to expect them to change the tests too.
So, to summarize, it's all actually Tim's fault, but only in a parallel universe where nobody believes in unit testing. ;-)
