I agree that the docs on special methods really are hard to find if you don't know where to look.

Another thing that would be really useful is to list the actual built-in types with the category. For example: Sequence Types (str, unicode, list, tuple, buffer, xrange) Mapping Types (dict) +1

If I understand correctly what you mean, that's already done.
