I'd hate to think the bug reporting interface was so bad that it alone would discourage people from reporting bugs. Still, I gave up reporting Mozilla bugs because of it.

GNOME uses a Bugzilla "fork" that's more user-friendly...

(But other people say Bugzilla is also difficult for admins, so that's probably not the only important thing.)
