* download and expand the latest docutils snapshot
* replicate Jens's work in a directory called "math" at the top level of
the docutils directory
* edited setup.py to get them installed:diff -u setup.py.1 setup.py

* ran "python setup.py install"That's probably more than necessary, but with the math subdir I can easily move the whole thing to a new snapshot and the setup.py change lets me install them transparently.
