Hi, Welcome to python-3000!
How up to date is this? Probably way out of date.
It isn't "probably", is just is. =)
The best way to find tasks is to go to the tracker (bugs.python.org) and search for issues tagged with version 3.0. Preferably the "release blocker", "critical" or "high priority" ones (there are quite a lot of them :-)).
If you look in the left-hand column at the tracker you will see a Showstoppers search; that will list all of the current release blockers. Otherwise what Antoine suggested about going through critical issues good. High has some importance, but not as much. And unclassified issues might fall into one of the categories but just need someone to look at them and make a judgment call.
