Would hate for 100% of users will pay a performance penalty when most applications aren't abusing keyword dictionaries so they already work cross-platfrom.
Someone should provide actual measurements before we start a psychodrama about Python performance being brutally butchered and chopped into small pieces on the altar of inter-implementation compatibility ;)
