Is this our official word? PEP czar/tsar and BDFOP (Benevolent Dictator for One PEP) are the two names I've seen for the role. I don't have a strong preference either way (just a mild preference for 'czar').
Also, "Czar" is commonly used in US politics as an informal term for the top official responsible for an area. "Drug Czar" is only the most familiar:
