Seconded. I'm constantly edified by the way in which people in the community respond to even quite abrupt criticism in a constructive, open and often humorous manner. (As I've said before, I'm also impressed by the way in which people are prepared to come back and apologise / acknowledge that they had a moment of jerkiness).
