That's all I can think of. And the files don't matter in this case, anyway. So probably just .svn, .hg, .git is all we'd need.
etc. Maybe find $(srcdir)/[a-zA-Z]* ... would be good enough to ignore all dot directories/files? On the other hand yes, I think it'd be enough.
I can go either way.
