The 3.4 PEP has no mention of 3.4.4 https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0429/
I'm holding off on 3.4.4 for now. My idea is, we should ship 3.5.1 first; once that's settled, we'll work on 3.4.4, which will be the final release of 3.4 with binary installers.
