Out of curiosity, why? There's been a lot of useful discussion here - why now split the discussion, risk rehashing points already made over here, and making it harder for people to locate the history of the PEP in future?
I'd see no problem directing the discussions to Discourse when the PEP was first announced, but why change part way through the process? Paul
