DESCRIPTION top
Return the current state of the calling thread's "keep
capabilities" flag. See [capabilities(7)](../man7/capabilities.7.html) for a description of this
flag.
RETURN VALUE top
On success, this call returns the boolean value described above.
On error, -1 is returned, and _[errno](../man3/errno.3.html)_ is set to indicate the error.
