NAME top
memcpy — copy bytes in memory
SYNOPSIS top
#include <string.h>
void *memcpy(void *restrict _s1_, const void *restrict _s2_, size_t _n_);
DESCRIPTION top
The functionality described on this reference page is aligned with
the ISO C standard. Any conflict between the requirements
described here and the ISO C standard is unintentional. This
volume of POSIX.1‐2017 defers to the ISO C standard.
The _memcpy_() function shall copy _n_ bytes from the object pointed
to by _s2_ into the object pointed to by _s1_. If copying takes place
between objects that overlap, the behavior is undefined.
RETURN VALUE top
The _memcpy_() function shall return _s1_; no return value is reserved
to indicate an error.
ERRORS top
No errors are defined.
_The following sections are informative._
