EMISAT [ISRO]
EMISAT is a small Indian satellite developed by ISRO.
The satellite is based on the SSB-2 bus inherited from SARAL. The nature of the payload has not been officially confirmed, but the published illustration of the EMISAT matches a description of the Kautilya ELINT payload.
