The interview was held in connection with a ‘Concert against music censorship’ which was organised by the Danish Refugee Council in Copenhagen on 24 October 2008.
After the interview, Pervaiz Akhtar performed together with his orchestra: Mir Wais Fidai from Afghanistan on tabla drums and Kamlesh Koreshya from India on dhulak. The songs are Pervaiz Akhtar’s own compositions.
