The Walk in the Park project project runs Health Walks in the Callander area. A Health Walk is a short, safe local walk led by trained volunteers. We currently have a core of about 15 walkers who come out with us on a Tuesday morning. The walkers have varying levels of fitness and share a love of taking exercise in the open air. Walks last 45 minutes to one hour, and the social benefits to walkers are as important to the success of the project as the improvements to health. We would like to encourage more people to join with us. Get more information here
