The transmitter site is on Emten Lagoon about 5 kilometres southeast of Port Vila. The site houses a transmitter building containing two shortwave and one mediumwave transmitter and their associated antennas. The programmes are broadcast on shortwave from a 10 kW two-channel Energy Onix Broadcast Transmitter Model HF-10K-2.
