The Popper papers, 18/12/1993 (original) (raw)
Xmas card from Andrew Malcolm to Sir Karl Popper, 18th December 1993
18th December 1993
Dear Sir Karl,
I do hope that your health is holding out; Melitta Mew's letter of 22/10 was a little worrying.
Last April, when you telephoned your views about my book, I believe you kindly invited me to discuss them with you in person. I, I guess from some sort of shyness, preferred to initiate a correspondence which I realize may have overestimated your spare time.
Anyway, I am hoping that it may not be too late to take you up on your invitation, as I would dearly love to meet you and try to field your 'moral relativism' charge at first hand. Also, it would be nice to drink a toast to Eva Schiffer.
With best regards, Andrew Malcolm
