Summary

Gets a value that indicates whether optimized memory sending is enabled.

When sending a huge file to a server, the toolkit might allocate big memory buffers, use this function to optimize the memory usage to a minimum possible. However, security mode should be set to DICOM_SECURE_NONE for this option to work.
