Summary
Destroys the Pan Window and frees all resources associated with it.

L_HWND hPanWindow
Handle to the Pan Window.
Returns

Comments
This function destroys the Pan Window created by L_CreatePanWindow, and frees all resources associated with it. You must call this function before the thread that called L_CreatePanWindow terminates.
