Summary
Cleans up all data variables and buffers allocated by the JPEG, LEAD CMP, or JPEG 2000 compression engine.

Comments
Calling this function will reset all internal variables to their default settings. Call this function after the compression of the entire image using L_CompressBuffer. For a detailed description of when to use this function, refer to L_StartCompressBuffer.
