Summary

Gets the value of the third row and first column of the specified L_MATRIX.

Parameters

const L_MATRIX* matrix

Pointer to the L_MATRIX to test.

Returns

The value of the third row and first column of the specified L_MATRIX.

Comments

The offsetX property is so named because it specifies the amount to translate the coordinate space along the x-axis.
