Summary
Reorders the annotation object so that it is displayed behind other objects in the same Container.
Syntax

Returns

Comments
This function moves the object to the beginning of the enumeration order for objects in the same container. When the container is displayed, using the LAnnotation::Draw function, this object is displayed first.
