For the locality at Nantoko, Copiapó, Chile.
A rare anhydrous copper chloride, known only from arid environments and slags (as tetrahedral crystals). Colourless and transparent when fresh. Alters superficially to paratacamite (or rather clinoatacamite?) when exposed to air.
