Place of Conservation of Type Material:
Type material has been deposited in the collections of the Canadian Museum of Nature, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, catalogue number CMNMC 86891.
Geological Setting of Type Material:
In chromite-rich samples from the Kapalagulu intrusion, Tanzania and in UG-2 chromitite, Bushveld complex, South Africa.
