Parameters
reader
Type: Newtonsoft.JsonJsonReader
The JsonReader to read the token from.
writeChildren
Type: SystemBoolean
A flag indicating whether the current token's children should be written.
cancellationToken (Optional)
Type: System.ThreadingCancellationToken
The token to monitor for cancellation requests. The default value is None.
Return Value
Type: Task
A Task that represents the asynchronous operation.
Remarks
The default behaviour is to execute synchronously, returning an already-completed task. Derived classes can override this behaviour for true asynchronicity.
