A21 road (englisch für Straße A21) ist eine 101 km lange Fernverkehrsstraße in England. Sie beginnt in Lewisham rund 9 km südöstlich des Zentrums von London und führt über den Londoner Vorort Bromley zum Londoner Autobahnring M25 motorway, der bei der Ausfahrt junction 4 erreicht wird. Bei dem Knoten junction 5 wird der Autobahnring wieder verlassen und die A21 setzt sich, Tonbridge westlich und Royal Tunbridge Wells östlich umgehend, als vierspurige Straße in südöstlicher Richtung fort. There have been many proposals to upgrade parts of the A21 in response to this. It is also the location of the first wildlife overbridge in the United Kingdom, near Lamberhurst.The road between the M25 and Hastings is designated a trunk road, and is maintained and managed by Highways England (formerly known as the Highways Agency). The A21 is used for the 55 miles (89 km) Maydayrun to Hastings in which motorcyclists ride from South London to the Hastings seafront.
