Die Bundesautobahn 20 (Abkürzung: BAB 20) – Kurzform: Autobahn 20 (Abkürzung: A 20) – ist mit 345,2 km der bislang längste zusammenhängende Neubau einer Autobahn seit 1939 und löste die Bundesautobahn 61 als längste zweistellig benannte Autobahn Deutschlands ab. Sie beginnt (von Ost nach West) in Brandenburg am Kreuz Uckermark und verläuft durch Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und Schleswig-Holstein. Derzeit endet die A 20 kurz vor Bad Segeberg in Schleswig-Holstein. Langfristig ist ein Weiterbau auf weiteren 200,4 km durch Schleswig-Holstein und Niedersachsen inklusive Elbquerung geplant, die A 20 soll dann an der A 28 bei Westerstede enden.
