Crescenzago (lombardisch Carsenzagh oder Crescenzagh [kreʃẽˈtsɑːk]) ist ein Stadtteil der norditalienischen Großstadt Mailand. Er befindet sich am nordöstlichen Stadtrand und gehört zum 2. Stadtbezirk.

The Milan Metro subway (Line 2) stops at Crescenzago.
