Daniel Thürer (* 6. Juni 1945 in St. Gallen; heimatberechtigt in Chur und Valzeina) ist ein Schweizer Rechtswissenschaftler. Von 1983 bis 2010 war er Professor für Völkerrecht, Europarecht, Öffentliches Recht und Verfassungsvergleichung an der Universität Zürich. Er ist Mitglied des Internationalen Komitees vom Roten Kreuz (IKRK), der Internationalen Juristenkommission und des Institut de Droit International. Derzeit amtiert er als Präsident der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Völkerrecht.
