Duddingston House is an 18th-century mansion in Edinburgh, Scotland, located south-east of the village of Duddingston. It was built in the 1760s for James Hamilton, 8th Earl of Abercorn, and was designed by Sir William Chambers. It is now protected as a category A listed building, and the grounds of the house are included in the Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes in Scotland, the national listing of significant gardens.

Nach einer umfassenden Restaurierung in den 1990er Jahren ist das Haupthaus Sitz mehrerer Unternehmen, während der ehemalige Wirtschaftstrakt zu Wohnungen umfunktioniert wurde. In dem zum Anwesen gehörenden Park haben sich heute ein Golfclub, ein Rugbyverein und eine Schule etabliert. Zusätzlich entstanden in der unmittelbaren Nähe von Duddingston House moderne Wohnbauten. Das Gebäudeensemble steht seit dem 14. Juli 1966 als Listed Building der Kategorie A unter Denkmalschutz. Der erhaltene Teil des dazugehörenden Parks wurde am 1.
