ERAD dráha (ERAD – „endoplasmic reticulum associated degradation“, tedy „degradace spojená s endoplazmatickým retikulem“) je mechanismus, který umožňuje odstranění nefunkčních (poškozených) bílkovin či proteinových komplexů z endoplazmatického retikula (ER). ERAD zabraňuje ukládání takových nefunkčních proteinů v ER a zamezuje, aby tyto proteiny pokračovaly .
