Antagonis reseptor endotel (juga disebut endothelin receptor antagonist atau disingkat ERA) adalah golongan obat yang memblokir . ERA merupakan jenis obat yang digunakan untuk mengobati orang dengan hipertensi paru. Jenis obat dalam golongan ini adalah ambrisentan, bosentan, dan macitentan.
