Euro War, also known as Macaroni Combat, Macaroni War, Spaghetti Combat, or Spaghetti War, is a broad subgenre of war film that emerged in the mid-1960s. The films were named Euro War because most were produced and directed by European co-productions, most notably and commonly by Italians, as indicated by the subgenre's other nicknames that draw parallels to those films within the mostly Italian Spaghetti Western genre.

Facevano parte di questo filone i film bellici che si producevano in Italia e che, come molte delle pellicole di genere italiano, venivano in seguito esportati all'estero. Il film più celebre che portò il boom dei macaroni war fu Quel maledetto treno blindato, a cui Quentin Tarantino dice di essersi ispirato per il suo Bastardi senza gloria. Come tutti i film di genere, i macaroni war venivano realizzati ispirandosi ad altre pellicole statunitensi come Papillon, Rambo e Apocalypse Now. Kręcone były one w języku włoskim, charakteryzowały się niskim budżetem i oszczędną realizacją. Większość filmów z tego gatunku rozgrywa się podczas II wojny światowej, niektóre opowiadają o najemnikach działających w krajach afrykańskich, zaś w latach 80. fabuła kilku z nich osadzona została w realiach wojny wietnamskiej.
