مهرجان كان السينمائي (بالفرنسية: Festival de Cannes), هو أحد أهم المهرجانات السينمائية عبر العالم. يرجع تأسيسه إلى سنة 1946. وهو يقام كل عام عادة في شهر مايو، في مدينة كان في جنوب فرنسا. يوزع المهرجان عدة جوائز أهمها جائزة السعفة الذهبية لأفضل فيلم. مركز إقامته قصر المهرجانات في شارع لاكروازييت الشهير على سواحل خليج كان اللازوردية. يعدّ مهرجان كان السينمائي أحد المهرجانات السينمائية الأوروبية الثلاثة الكبرى، المعروفة باسم "الثلاثة الكبرى"، مع مهرجان البندقية السينمائي في إيطاليا ومهرجان برلين السينمائي الدولي في ألمانيا، بالإضافة إلى كونه أحد المهرجانات السينمائية الدولية الخمسة الكبرى، أو "الخمسة الكبرى"، والتي تتكون من المهرجانات السينمائية الأوروبية الثلاثة الكبرى، بالإضافة إلى مهرجان تورونتو السينمائي الدولي في كندا ومهرجان صندانس السينمائي في الولايات المتحدة. Filmový festival v Cannes (francouzsky: le Festival de Cannes) byl založen v roce 1946 a patří mezi nejstarší a nejprestižnější filmové festivaly vedle festivalů v Benátkách nebo Berlíně. Festival je pořádán každoročně v Cannes na francouzské riviéře, obvykle v měsíci květnu. (cs)
El Festival Internacional de Cinema de Canes (en francès Festival de Cannes), creat el 1939, és un dels festivals de cinema més prestigiosos del món, considerat de categoria "A", organitzat per l'. Cada any se celebra durant la segona quinzena del mes de maig a la ciutat francesa de Canes, als Alps Marítims i es converteix en un gran esdeveniment per tots els cineastes, estrelles i professionals de la indústria cinematogràfica. Aquest festival, originalment un esdeveniment turístic simple i una nota social, fou creat per a recompensar la millor pel·lícula, el millor director, el millor actor i la millor actriu d'una competició internacional de cinema. The Cannes Festival (/kæn/; French: Festival de Cannes), until 2003 called the International Film Festival (Festival international du film) and known in English as the Cannes Film Festival, is an annual film festival held in Cannes, France, which previews new films of all genres, including documentaries, from all around the world. Founded in 1946, the invitation-only festival is held annually (usually in May) at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. The festival was formally accredited by the FIAPF in 1951. On 1 July 2014, co-founder and former head of French pay-TV operator Canal+, Pierre Lescure, took over as President of the Festival, while Thierry Frémaux became the General Delegate. The board of directors also appointed Gilles Jacob as Honorary President of the Festival. It is one of the "Big Three" major European film festivals, alongside the Venice Film Festival in Italy and the Berlin International Film Festival in Germany, as well as one of the "Big Five" major international film festivals, which consists of the three major European film festivals, the Toronto International Film Festival in Canada, and the Sundance Film Festival in the United States. Le Festival de Cannes (appelé Festival international du film de 1946 à 2002) est un festival de cinéma international se déroulant chaque année à Cannes (Alpes-Maritimes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France) durant douze jours pendant la seconde quinzaine du mois de mai. Les principales projections ont lieu au Palais des festivals situé à l'entrée de la promenade de la Croisette. Il est fondé le 1er septembre 1939 d'après une idée de Philippe Erlanger soumise à Jean Zay, ministre de l'Éducation nationale et des Beaux-arts du Front populaire et Albert Sarraut, ministre de l'Intérieur. La première édition prévue, fixée au 1er septembre 1939, est annulée en raison de la déclaration de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Parallèlement à la sélection officielle du Festival (films en et hors compétition), plusieurs sections sont créées au fil des ans dont la Quinzaine des réalisateurs, la Cinéfondation, la Semaine de la critique ou Un certain regard. Le Marché du film de Cannes attire 11 000 participants. Le festival est à l'origine créé pour récompenser le meilleur film (grand prix), le meilleur réalisateur (prix de la mise en scène), le meilleur acteur et la meilleure actrice (prix d'interprétation masculine et prix d'interprétation féminine) de la compétition internationale. D'autres prix décernés par un jury de professionnels, d'artistes et d'intellectuels, apparaissent plus tard comme le prix du jury et surtout, récompense suprême, la Palme d'or. Le Festival de Cannes fait partie des trois principaux festivals cinématographiques internationaux avec la Mostra de Venise et la Berlinale. Ces trois festivals reconnus pour leur prestige du point de vue de la critique cinématographique ont tendance à être opposés aux Oscars du cinéma américains. Poiché garantisce una formidabile copertura da parte dei media, al Festival partecipano molte star del cinema che si mostrano alla passerella (Montée des Marches) dell'ingresso nella sala delle proiezioni. Festiwal Filmowy w Cannes − międzynarodowy festiwal filmowy, który odbywa się od 1946 roku w położonym na francuskim Lazurowym Wybrzeżu mieście Cannes. Festiwal odbywa się co roku (z pewnymi wyjątkami) i gromadzi wiele osób związanych z przemysłem filmowym. Podczas canneńskiego festiwalu przyznawana jest nagroda Złota Palma (Palme d'Or) dla najlepszego filmu. Najczęściej nagrodę tę zdobywali twórcy amerykańscy, włoscy, francuscy oraz brytyjscy. Jedynymi polskimi filmami, które otrzymały Złotą Palmę, są Człowiek z żelaza Andrzeja Wajdy oraz Pianista Romana Polańskiego (film polsko-francuski). Het Filmfestival van Cannes (Festival de Cannes) is een prestigieus internationaal filmfestival. Het wordt sinds 1946 elk jaar in de Franse stad Cannes gehouden in het Palais des Festivals et des Congrès op de La Croisette. In 1948 en 1950 werd het festival niet gehouden, en in 1968 werd het afgelast wegens het mei-oproer in Parijs. Het vindt jaarlijks plaats in de derde week van mei. Omdat het festival veel aandacht van de media krijgt, wordt het door veel filmsterren bezocht en is het een populaire gelegenheid voor filmproducenten om hun nieuwe films te presenteren en deze aan distributeurs te verkopen. Festiwal odbywa się co roku (z pewnymi wyjątkami) i gromadzi wiele osób związanych z przemysłem filmowym. Podczas canneńskiego festiwalu przyznawana jest nagroda Złota Palma (Palme d'Or) dla najlepszego filmu. Najczęściej nagrodę tę zdobywali twórcy amerykańscy, włoscy, francuscy oraz brytyjscy.
